I was kept up to date with the progress of my order by email which was reassuring as I hadn’t ordered anything from this company before. The order was received quickly and I am delighted with my rucksack. Would definitely recommend Roka.

Did a next day delivery as going away and it was almost on the shut off time but made it and got bag. Excellent quality and so fit for purpose and really pleased with it

Love my new spotty paddington bag. It's a great size and really well made. It has lots of sections and pocket- I can fit, photo book, glasses, a small waterbottle and suncream with space to spare.A bargain in the sale and with free delivery too. My third Roka bag- love them all!
